The hospital experience of the valuation staff of Tellatin, Short, & Hansen, Inc. spans 23 states, plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, including rural, suburban and urban medical-surgical, psychiatric, heart, orthopedic and cancer specialty, rehabilitation and long-term acute care hospitals.
During the past few years, the firm has been very active in appraising critical access hospitals, as these facilities are making significant capital upgrades propelled by the new cost-based Medicare reimbursement system.
