Ms. Choi joined Tellatin, Short, & Hansen, Inc. in July of 2010. She previously worked in the senior living industry as General Counsel for Metro Asset Group, LLC.

Experience
Ms. Choi entered the commercial real estate appraisal industry as an assistant appraiser specializing in senior housing and healthcare properties. Since joining Tellatin, Short & Hansen she has provided in depth analysis for healthcare and senior housing assignments. Ms. Choi will also be collaborating with senior appraisers to implement new software solutions designed to maximize the efficiency and utility of TS&HÕs services.

Education
Ms. Choi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Civilization from The State University of New York at Binghamton and a Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law. In law school Ms. Choi was awarded a fellowship from the American Bar Association and served as an intern at the New York Attorney GeneralÕs Office in lower Manhattan. She was also an Editorial Board member of the law review.

She is currently working toward obtaining certified general appraiser licensure in Missouri and MAI designation offered by the Appraisal Institute.
