Employment
Ms. Clark joined Tellatin, Short, Hansen & Clark, Inc. in March of 2003 as the Director of Hospital Valuations. Prior to joining the firm, she was with Key Bank as Portfolio & Underwriting Manager. Between October 1998 and October 2000, GMAC Commercial Mortgage employed her as the Director of Healthcare Funding. She has also worked as the Vice President of National Healthcare for a start-up Goldman Sachs subsidiary. Prior to that, she was a senior director in the Healthcare & Higher Education group of Fitch Ratings, Inc. In addition, she has been Chief Financial Officer of a 216-bed community hospital in New York state, and Manager of Fleet Bank's Healthcare Specialty Lending Group for Western New York.

Experience
Ms. Clark has been active in the analysis of healthcare-related real estate since 1988, when she created the healthcare lending specialty group for Fleet Bank in Western New York. She shifted into healthcare management in 1992 when she was hired to do a turnaround for a hospital in New York State. Since 1994, she has been analyzing healthcare properties in the commercial mortgage-backed securities industry. She has conducted due diligence for major transactions including a $1 billion acquisition of assisted living facilities.

She has analyzed nursing home and seniors housing properties throughout the U.S., the United Kingdom, and France; psychiatric facilities throughout the U.S. and the United Kingdom; and, acute care facilities throughout the United States.

Education
Ms. Clark graduated with a B.A. in Economics from New York University, and an M.B.A in Finance from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
