Mr. Cremeens is a Senior Appraiser with Tellatin, Short, Hansen & Clark, Inc., where he has been employed since July of 2000. Prior to this period, Mr. Cremeens was employed for 15 years as a Senior Appraiser with the firm of Moore & Shryock, LLC, in Columbia, Missouri.

Experience
Mr. Cremeens has specialized in the appraisal of commercial real estate since 1985. His appraisal assignments included a broad variety of property types, including: retail, office, industrial, hotel, special-purpose, agricultural, and land-in-transition properties. Mr. Cremeens has completed multiple subdivision analysis studies and condemnation appraisal assignments. Since joining Tellatin, Short & Hansen, Inc., he has concentrated exclusively on healthcare and seniors housing properties. Most healthcare and seniors housing assignments have included an in-depth (Levels B & C) market analysis.

Mr. Cremeens has conducted appraisals in the following states: AZ, CA, CT, CO, IA, IL, IN, KY, KS, LA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NY, OH, SD, TN, TX, and WY.

State Licensure
Mr. Cremeens is currently licensed as a general real estate appraiser in Missouri, Texas, Ohio and Indiana.

Education
Mr. Cremeens earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri - Columbia, in 1985. His areas of emphasis in the BSBA degree were finance and real estate.

Mr. Cremeens holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.

Mr. Cremeens has completed Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) training.
