Mr. Cremeens is a Director of Valuation Services with Tellatin, Short, & Hansen, Inc., where he has been employed since July of 2000. Prior to this period, he was employed for 15 years as a Senior Appraiser with the firm of Moore & Shryock, LLC, in Columbia, Missouri.

Experience
Mr. Cremeens has specialized in the appraisal of commercial real estate since 1985. His appraisal assignments have included a broad variety of property types, including: retail, office, industrial, hotel, special-purpose, agricultural, and land-in-transition properties. He has completed multiple subdivision analysis studies and condemnation appraisal assignments. Since joining Tellatin, Short, & Hansen, Inc., he has concentrated exclusively on healthcare and seniors housing properties. Most healthcare and seniors housing assignments have included an in-depth (Levels B or C) market analysis.

Mr. Cremeens has conducted appraisals in the following states and commonwealth: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, IA, IL, IN, KY, KS, LA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NY, OH, SC, SD, TN, TX, WY and Puerto Rico.

State Licensure
Mr. Cremeens is currently licensed as a general real estate appraiser in Missouri, Texas, Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.

Education and Professional Accreditation
Mr. Cremeens earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri - Columbia, in 1985. His areas of emphasis for the BSBA degree were finance and real estate.

Mr. Cremeens holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
