Ms. Eaves joined the firm of Tellatin, Short, Hansen & Clark, Inc. in September 2005 as a Senior Appraiser. Prior employment includes operating an appraisal company in Upstate New York, and she was a Senior Financial Analyst at a Fortune 100 company.

Experience
Ms. Eaves has been involved in the commercial real estate sector since 1992. Since joining Tellatin, Short, Hansen & Clark, Inc., she has focused on valuation and consulting assignments involving hospitals as well as other types of senior housing and care facilities. Her prior experience included national single and portfolio assignments throughout the United States involving multifamily complexes, manufacturing and distribution sites, retail and Class A office buildings for lenders and investors.

Education
Ms. Eaves earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in accounting and finance, as well as a Masters in Corporate Finance from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan, with concentrations in accounting and finance. Ms. Eaves is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute, and a MAI candidate, having completed a number of the required courses for designation.
