Employment
Ms. McCabe joined Tellatin, Short, & Hansen, Inc. in June of 2010. From 2004 to 2009, she was employed by Lincoln Property Company, as a commercial appraiser and real estate consultant. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Ms. McCabe was employed as a graduate intern at Integra Realty Resources in Boston, Massachusetts.

Experience
Ms. McCabe has experience in the evaluation of investment property in conjunction with acquisitions, sales and financing matters. She has appraised retail, industrial, multi-family properties and developable land ranging in value from $500,000 to $400,000,000. In addition, she has prepared appraisals concerning various rights including, fee simple, leased fee, lease renegotiations, eminent domain actions, and highest and best use studies. A significant amount of her work at Lincoln Property Company was done in conjunction with the valuation and litigation support team involving complex valuation issues. Ms. McCabe has worked on assignments pertaining to highest and best use studies, project feasibility, and re-use strategies. Ms. McCabe is a member of the Appraisal InstituteÕs Emerging Leaders group, REFA, and NEWIRE.

Education
Ms. McCabe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Providence College in Rhode Island and received her Master of Business Administration degree, magna cum laude from Northeastern University in Boston.

She is currently working toward obtaining certified general appraiser licensure in Massachusetts and MAI designation offered by the Appraisal Institute.
