Ms. Kennedy joined Tellatin, Short & Hansen in October of 2009. Prior to joining the firm, she was employed by Sitel, a contact center provider.

Experience
Ms. Kennedy has over 10 years experience in the contact center outsourcing industry. She began her career as a customer service representative. She was then promoted to a report analyst. After spending two years in this position, she was promoted to a business analyst role. The business analyst position gave Ms. Kennedy experience in Excel, forecasting, budgeting, tracking of financial information, and daily interaction with the company's management team.

Ms. Kennedy is excellent at manipulating and inputting information into detailed income and expense models utilized by Tellatin, Short & Hansen, Inc. In addition, Ms. Kennedy has the ability to create new models specifically catered to the senior housing field.

Presently Ms. Kennedy works as an assistant to the licensed appraisers at the firm, and assists them in comp calls, data input, and model creation/manipulation.

Ms. Kennedy is in the process of obtaining her appraiser assistant license, and plans to become an appraiser
