Mr. Lyon entered the commercial real estate appraisal industry in October 2003, specializing in senior housing and healthcare properties.

Since joining Tellatin, Short, Hansen & Clark, Inc., he has provided professional assistance to persons performing appraisals for projects located in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Washington and Wisconsin.

State Licensure
Mr. Lyon is a registered Appraiser Assistant in the state of Oregon.

Education
At Washington State University, Mr. Lyon graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Science and Human Relations Management. To date, Mr. Lyon has completed numerous appraisal courses in pursuit of his general appraiser license.
