Experience
Mr. Lyon entered the commercial real estate appraisal industry in October 2003, specializing in senior housing and healthcare properties.

Since joining Tellatin, Short, & Hansen, Inc., he has performed assignments in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin.

State Licensure
Mr. Lyon is a Certified General Appraiser in the states of California, Oregon and Washington.

Education
At Washington State University, Mr. Lyon graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Science and Human Relations Management. To date, Mr. Lyon has completed numerous appraisal courses in pursuit of the MAI designation.
