Employment
Mr. Mooney joined Tellatin, Short, Hansen & Clark, Inc. in August 2001. Previously, he was employed by the State of Alaska as an auditor and accountant from April 1992 through July 2001.

Experience
Mr. Mooney entered the commercial real estate appraisal industry in August 2001, specializing in seniors housing and healthcare properties. He brings over nine years of experience in accounting and financial analysis. His prior experience includes four years as an auditor with the State of Alaska Division of Legislative Audit performing financial, program, and compliance audits; and over five years as an accountant with the state of Alaska performing internal auditing and budget analysis.

Since joining Tellatin, Short, Hansen & Clark, Inc. he has provided significant professional assistance to persons performing appraisals for projects located in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Kentucky, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.

State Licensure
Mr. Mooney is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Alaska, and a registered Appraiser Assistant in the state of Oregon.

Education
At the University of Oregon, Mr. Mooney graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance in June 1992. Mr. Mooney is a licensed CPA and is pursuing licensure as a certified general appraiser. To date, he has completed the following appraisal courses: Basic Appraisal Principles and Practices, Income Property Appraisal, USPAP, and Advanced Income Capitalization, and will continue ongoing training in pursuit of his general appraiser license.
