Mrs. Nicholas joined Tellatin, Short, Hansen & Clark, Inc. in March of 2003. Previously, she was employed by Keystone Construction, a general contractor for commercial developments.

Experience
Mrs. Nicholas entered the commercial real estate appraisal industry as an assistant appraiser specializing in senior housing and healthcare properties. She was an office manager/bookkeeper for over nine years. She has provided professional assistance in the operations of running an office and performing construction draws, project audits, profit and loss statements and general bookkeeping services.

Education
Mrs. Nicholas received her undergraduate degree, Bachelor of Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
