Mrs. Rhodes joined Tellatin, Short, Hansen & Clark, Inc. in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Rhodes taught High School Mathematics in the Fox C-6 school district for two years.

Experience
Mrs. Rhodes entered the commercial real estate appraisal industry as an assistant appraiser, specializing in seniors housing and healthcare properties. She has focused her efforts on appraising nursing home facilities. Within these assignments an in-depth market analysis is usually a part of the appraisal.

Mrs. Rhodes has assisted with appraisals in the following states: IL, OH, WI, MI, MN, CA, IN, and GA.

Education
Mrs. Rhodes received her undergraduate degree from Southeast Missouri State University in Secondary Mathematics Education in 2002. She received her Masters Degree in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University, St. Louis, MO in 2005.

Mrs. Rhodes has completed the following Appraisal Institute courses: "Appraisal Principles," "Appraisal Procedures," "Basic Income Capitalization," and "Standards of Professional Practice, Part A." Mrs. Rhodes has also successfully passed the Certified General Examination.
