Employment
Mr. Schopp joined Tellatin, Short & Hansen, Inc. in June of 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schopp was employed in Columbia, Missouri as an assistant appraiser with the firm of Moore & Shryock.

Experience
Mr. Schopp entered the commercial real estate appraisal industry in February of 2003. His appraisal assignments included a broad variety of property types, including retail, office, industrial, hotel, and special purpose properties. Since 2004, the majority of his assignments have pertained to either seniors housing or the hotel industry. Most assignments have included an in-depth market analysis. The appraisals have functioned as support for clients in financing and internal review.

State Licensure
Mr. Schopp is currently licensed as a general real estate appraiser in Missouri, Illinois and Indiana.

Education
Mr. Schopp earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia, in 2002. He graduated Magna Cum Laude, double majoring in both finance and real estate. After graduating in 2002, Mr. Schopp pursued a masters degree, and he graduated in 2004 with a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Mr. Schopp is working towards a MAI designation, and has completed all but two courses offered by the Appraisal Institute in pursuit of this professional designation.
