Employment
Ms. Schreiner joined Tellatin, Short, Hansen & Clark, Inc. in June of 1999. Between November 1997 and June 1999, she worked as an independent contractor providing services as a real estate consultant and right-of-way agent for various companies, including US West Wireless, W & H Pacific, Inc. and West Coast Land Services. From July 1995 until November 1997 Western Wireless, Inc. employed her as the lease administrator and property manager. She also has 10 years experience as an independent contractor working in the oil and gas industry as a land acquisitions expert.

Experience
Ms. Schreiner entered the commercial real estate appraisal industry as an assistant appraiser in June 1999, specializing in seniors housing and healthcare properties. Most healthcare and seniors housing assignments have included an in-depth market analysis. Her prior work history includes extensive real estate experience. She acquired real estate sites for cellular communication towers, obtained oil and gas mineral leases for drilling purposes, negotiated property damage settlements and procured right-of-way easements on numerous projects such as gas pipelines, sewer lines and fiber optic cables. These experiences also entailed drafting and revising leases, easements and other contracts and involved coordination with city and county planners, assessors and appraisers in various jurisdictions.

Education
At the University of Washington, Ms. Schreiner graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History.

She is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute. She has completed the following Appraisal Institute courses: "Appraisal Principles," "Appraisal Procedures," "Basic Income Capitalization," and "Standards of Professional Practice, Part A."
